Jet Pulse Bag Filter
Filter Concept is an organization specialized in the production of Pulse Jet Dust Collection systems designed to improve air quality in different industries and to effectively remove dust and other contaminants from air and gas. Our company manufactures highly personalized units with customizable duct solutions according to your unique dust collection needs.
Operating Principle
After entering the dust collection system, dirty air passes through a group of filter cartridges or bags, while the deflector plate in between protects the filter by controlling the heavier particles. This structure prevents heavy particles from damaging the filter bags or cartridges. While dirty air passes through these filters, the dust particles remain on the outer surface of the filter and pass freely through the clean air outlet valve. As the device operates, the collected dust becomes increasingly dense, preventing water passage through the filter and causing a pressure drop, thus causing a decrease in ventilation capacity.
To solve this situation, a cleaning cycle has been developed to ensure that the filters are constantly clean. The cleaning system includes a sequential time controller that operates the solenoid valve and the compressed air head. The system generates instantaneous high-pressure air bursts via the blower pipe and transmits them to the filter tubes. The reverse air flow generated in this way expands the filter cartridges, allowing the accumulated dust to be effectively removed.
Gas filters
We offer a wide range of gas filtration systems; these systems aim to effectively remove dirt, dust, rust, condensate, moisture, oil impurities and exhaust fumes. Filtered gases minimize downtime and production losses. These systems are designed to meet the required flow, line size, operating pressure, temperature and degree of filtration. Filter housings can be manufactured in stainless steel SS 316 or SS 304, carbon steel or aluminum. The desired level of filtration is achieved with filter elements made of various selective fiber media.
We provide design and manufacturing of new vessels as well as replacement of existing vessels. These vessels are designed to provide high filtration area, low pressure drop and long service life of the filter elements. Solutions for gas filters include customized design and capacity to suit specific process parameters.
Filter housings can be stamped in accordance with standard design codes such as ASME SEC VIII DIV I and can be manufactured to other pressure vessel design codes upon special request.
