Crusher manufacturing

Crusher manufacturing is a kind of crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. It mainly consists of shell, rotor, impact iron, lining plate and screening strips. The shell is divided into upper and lower parts, which are welded after being cut by steel plate. Inside the shell, there is a high manganese steel lining plate, which can be replaced when worn. The shaft is equipped with hammers with regular array distribution, and together with a rotary table and hammer passing shaft, they constitute the crusher rotor. 

When the motor drives the rotor to rotate, the centrifugal force causes the hammers to point radially outward. After the large materials enter the crushing chamber from the feeding port, they are crushed by the high-speed moving hammers. The qualified materials are discharged from the gap between the lower screening strips, and the unqualified materials are left in the crushing chamber and are repeatedly hit by the hammer until they can be discharged.

When the mixed gas enters the system from the middle section of the washing tower, the liquid product component between the trays and the vaporized part of the product component gas simultaneously liquefies. However, impurities do not become liquid or solidify. As the gas passes through the liquid component trays, the liquid product component is fixed and thus an effective washing effect occurs. The design and production of the washing tower was carried out based on this principle.
