Storage tank manufacturing
Storage tank manufacturing are used to hold and store liquids, semi-solids and solids, as well as to create a mixing system to ensure homogeneous mixing of your product or suspension.
An important stage of the storage tank production process is cutting and shaping. Precise cutting and careful shaping processes are applied to bring the materials to dimensions suitable for the storage tank design. At this stage, attention is paid to the quality and dimensions of the material during cutting and shaping. As a result of correct cutting and shaping processes, the durability and longevity of the storage tank are increased. Protective coating and surface treatments, which are the last stage of the storage tank production process, are applied to increase the durability and longevity of the tank.
At this stage, the outer surface of the storage tank is protected against environmental factors by covering it with various protective coating materials. In addition, appropriate surface treatments are applied to the inner surfaces to prevent corrosion and rust. High-quality protective coating and surface treatments ensure that the storage tank is long-lasting and reliable.
Storage stock tanks
Storage stock tanks are large containers that can safely hold large quantities of liquids or gases to meet long or short-term storage needs in various industrial areas. These tanks help to maintain adequate supplies of raw materials and manage inventory effectively, while supporting uninterrupted production processes.

Types of Storage Tanks
Portable Storage Tanks:
Portable Storage Tanks or Open Storage Tanks are storage containers with an open design and without a lid for liquid, semi-solid and solid substances that remain under atmospheric pressure or do not require vacuum. They can be easily moved thanks to the rotating wheels at the bottom.
Fixed Storage Tanks:
Fixed Storage Tanks are closed storage containers with a lid and access hole at the top. They are used to store liquids, semi-solid and solids that need to be protected from atmospheric air, dust and other contaminants. Unlike mobile storage tanks, this model does not have wheels and remains fixed in a certain area.
Vacuum Storage Tanks:
Vacuum Storage Tanks are closed storage containers that keep the vacuum pressure constant. It prevents aeration and oxidation, especially to protect sensitive pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. These tanks are portable models that can be moved with 4 wheels. The tank cover has features such as access hole, vacuum port, breathing hole, component port, battery-operated light and vacuum/pressure indicator.
Horizontal Storage Tanks:
Horizontal Storage Tanks reduce fluctuations and maintain the temperature of the product inside with their horizontal design that offers ease of transportation. These types of tanks are preferred as an alternative to vertical tanks in cases where there are height restrictions.
Storage tank manufacturing usage areas
Petrochemical Industry: Used for storing crude oil, petroleum products and various chemicals used in refinery processes.
Food Industry: Provides solutions for storing beverages, edible oils, syrups and other liquid components used in food and beverage processing.
Chemical Industry: Used for storing bulk chemicals, solvents and other liquid or gaseous substances in production processes.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Used for the safe storage of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and other critical components used in drug production.
Frequently asked questions
Industrial equipment is the backbone of a variety of industries, increasing operational efficiency and productivity while supporting quality control. But to do this, such equipment must be reliable, efficient and durable. It all starts with the assembly of high-quality parts.
Experience is key when choosing an equipment provider. Be wary of startups that promise big results but lack the insight and scalability that comes with experience. Our company has been in the industry for over 25 years with 100% equity.
Our company has experience in sulfuric acid plant equipment, phosphoric acid plant equipment, fertilizer factory equipment, ammonia factory equipment, cement factory equipment, sugar factory equipment, oil factory equipment, thermal power plant equipment manufacturing, hydroelectric power plant equipment manufacturing, pharmaceutical factory equipment manufacturing, feed factory equipment manufacturing, chemical factory equipment manufacturing, all types of industrial facility construction and all types of structural steel manufacturing, and we adapt more environmentally friendly and sustainable technologies to our engineering solutions.
In addition to Carbon steel and Stainless steel equipment, we design and manufacture process equipment with different metallurgies such as Hastelloy, Alloy20 and Incoloy.
Although CNC machining is a precision manufacturing method, our local and international quality control procedures ensure that your finished part is to specification and adheres to specified tolerances.
Delivery time varies depending on the type and quantity of equipment or machinery, and usually ranges from weeks to months.
